Admissions

The safety and education of our students are important so we want  to make a thorough evaluation of each applicant prior to admittance. Each applicant is required to complete an Admissions Enrollment Packet which includes the following:

 

1. Signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgement page

2. Emergency Form

3. Medication Administration Form (if applicable)

4. Updated Immunization form

5. Health Inventory

6. Signed Contract

8. Enrollment Application

9. Enrollment Fee

10. First Week tuition

 

 

**MUST be turned in before your child’s first day.
